Thank you so much for choosing to advertise with us!

Here are all the resources you need to supply the appropriate materials for your print ad. Please adhere to the following requirements for resolution, color, file formats, and fonts. Below is a list of ad sizes for each product. Once your creative is complete, follow the instructions for submitting your materials. If you have any questions, give us a call at (866) 721-1357.

Ad Specifications

Resolution

Images should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Color

Use CMYK color mode. 100% black only, no 4-color black.

File Formats

.tif, .jpg, .pdf, .psd, .ai

Fonts

Embed all fonts or outline text.

Submit Your Artwork

Please name your artwork files with the business name and the ad size.
Example:

  • Acme buys and designs a spread print ad with bleed.
  • The file name would be acme-spreadb.jpg (or .tif or .pdf)

Please upload your artwork and other files to the CollegiateParent upload page.
To complete the form on the upload page:

  • Your Email: enter your email address
  • Subject: enter the business name, ad size, school name– acme-spread-missouri-state
  • Enter Message: enter the name of your sales rep– Attn: Bob
  • Select a file: Click the Browse button to find the file you’d like to upload
  • Click the Send It button
